The No. 702 Supply Car has 4-wheel trucks, tongue and slot couplers, and no journals. The No. 702 Supply Car measures 7-inches in length. The supply car body and roof was painted battleship gray. The car has sliding doors that open and have a handle that was stamped into the left side of the doors. The door guides are inside the car.
