GENERAL INFORMATION CONCERNING F3’S


DOOR HANDLE ON NOSE OF F3’S

from 1948 through 1957 a molded in door handle was present on the nose door

from 1958 through 1969 the mold was changed to eliminate the handle


VENTILATORS / LOUVERS AND DIMPLE BEHIND THEM

VENTILATORS / LOUVERS

from 1948 through 1952 wire screen ventilators were used

DIMPLE

  from 1948 through 1953 there was no dimple behind the ventilators/louvers

VENTILATORS / LOUVERS

from 1953 through 1969 molded in louvers were
used

from 1954 through 1969 a dimple was added to the mold behind the ventilators/louvers
